Department of CIVIL Engineering
Engineering has been an aspect of life since the beginnings of human existence. Civil engineering is a professional engineering that deals with the design, construction, and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment, including works like roads, bridges, canals, dams, and buildings. Civil engineering is the second-oldest engineering discipline after military engineering. and it is defined to distinguish non-military engineering from military engineering.
It is traditionally broken into several sub-disciplines including. Civil engineering takes place in the public sector from municipal through to national governments, and in the private sector from individual homeowners through to international companies. The Department of civil Engineering houses the state- of- the-art laboratories where students can horn their skill to meet the industry standards.

Dr Pankaj Kumar Singh is Professor and Head of Civil Engineering Department having more than 18 years of hands on experience in Multidisciplinary academic ,Research and Industry experience . His area of interest is Environmental and Solid waste management ie.ground water contamination, waste water management Engg ,Decentralized water shed management their acquisition,planning,execution,monitoring and controlling.

In Multidisciplinary as "Design and Implementation of Circuit optimisation in VLSI design for off shore basin and Environmental Protection through Integrated waste Management.

Mohd. Vakil is Professor & Head of Computer Science & Engineering department.He has more than 15 years experience in academics & administration. He completed Ph.D. in Computer Science from Jamia Millia Islamia Central University in year 2012.He has published more than 30 research papers in journals & conferences of repute. His area of interest is distributed systems & algorithms. He authored a book on Computer Network with Narosa publications.
