Department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)

      The Department of Computer Science & Engineering was established in 2006. At present the intake of the programme is 120 students per year. Ever since its establishment it has stood as an epitome of excellence in technical education. The Department offers the course, which is of 4 years duration, leading to the degree of Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering.

      The department has raised the latest computing infrastructure and well trained and experienced and well qualified faculty to impart quality education to meet the demands of the various organizations and the Industry.

      The Department caters to the needs of nearly 300 students in various batches of Computer Science & Engineering. It houses the state- of- the-art computer laboratories and has developed very good Library facilities for the students. The curriculum includes detailed and in-depth knowledge of both hardware and software concepts. In addition to this the Department also conducts value added courses covering the latest in the field of computing technology for the over all development of the students.

Department of Information Technology(IT)

      The potential of Information Technology needs no emphasis. The department was established in 2006 with an intake of 60 students per year. The Department offers the course, which is of 4 years duration, leading to the degree of Bachelor of Information Technology. The department has implemented excellent computing facilities and fully dedicated faculty to provide quality education to its students to enable them to study design, modeling, analysis and applications of computer related systems. The Department caters to the needs of nearly 240 students in various batches of Information Technology.

      It houses various laboratories specializing in areas such as programming and database, graphics and multimedia, computer communication, internet and web designing, image processing etc for the students. The curriculum includes detailed and in-depth knowledge of software concepts. It also conducts value added courses covering the latest in the field of information technology.

Mr. Lav Kumar Dixit is Associate Professor & Head of Computer Science & Engineering department. He has more than 17 years experience in academics & administration. His area of interest is Python, Automata and Computer Organization & Architecture. He authored a book on Computer Organization.

Mohd. Vakil is Professor & Head of Computer Science & Engineering department.He has more than 15 years experience in academics & administration. He completed Ph.D. in Computer Science from Jamia Millia Islamia Central University in year 2012.He has published more than 30 research papers in journals & conferences of repute. His area of interest is distributed systems & algorithms. He authored a book on Computer Network with Narosa publications.
