Department of Master in Business Administration (MBA)

      THe Department of MBA is headed by GP Capt. (Dr.) R M Saxena who is M.Sc.(Phy) M.Sc.(Def.Studies), MBA, M Phil & Ph.D. He has been Chief Instructor at Air Force Administrative College. He has authored a book 'Strategic Management' besides publishing and presenting many in journals and confrencess.

      The Department of Master of Business Administration was established in 2007 with an intake of 60 students per year. The department offers the course leading to the PG degree of Master of Business Administration. It has excellent infrastructure (such as PC Lab, internet lab, seminar room and a well organized library) experienced and well qualified faculty to impart quality education to the students to enable them to become professionals of high caliber with excellent managerial capabilities. The curriculum has been drafted to include detailed and in-depth knowledge of business administration and management. In addition to this, the department also conducts value added courses covering the latest developments in the field for the over all development of the students.

Brief Bio

Dr. Gaurav Bansal is a Professor and Head of Management Department. He has more than 15 years of teaching and research experience. Prior to joining RDEC he was faculty of finance in ICFAI University. He has completed Ph.D. in Finance from CCS University, Meerut in 2009. He has published 13 papers in national journals and presented more than 25 papers in national and international conferences. He is also associated with IMT as Visiting Faculty. His area of interest is Finance and Accounting.

Worked as a Member of Auditor team of STQC certification services, Noida for granting certification of ISO 9001:2000 to IMS, Ghaziabad.

His area of interest is distributed systems & algorithms. He authored a book on Computer Network with Narosa publications.
