The Computer Science & Engineering – Artificial Intelligence (CSE-AI) program is designed to equip students with advanced knowledge of intelligent systems, automation technologies, and modern computing techniques. The course focuses on developing analytical thinking, programming expertise, and problem-solving abilities required to build smart and innovative AI-driven solutions for real-world applications.
The department provides a strong academic foundation combined with practical exposure through coding labs, industry-oriented projects, workshops, seminars, and technical training sessions. Students gain hands-on experience in areas such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Robotics, and Intelligent Automation.

The Department of Computer Science & Engineering was established in 2006. At present the intake of the program is 290 students per year. Ever since its establishment it has stood as an epitome of excellence in technical education. The Department offers the course, which is of 4 years duration, leading to the degree of Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering.
The department has raised the latest computing infrastructure and well trained and experienced and well qualified faculty to impart quality education to meet the demands of the various organizations and the Industry.
The Department caters to the needs of nearly 1200 students in various batches of Computer Science & Engineering. It houses the state- of- the-art computer laboratories and has developed very good Library facilities for the students. The curriculum includes detailed and in-depth knowledge of both hardware and software concepts. In addition to this the Department also conducts value added courses covering the latest in the field of computing technology for the over all development of the students.

The college has setup ITCRC in association with leading companies around the globe to help students with placements. The CSE department students get to work on live projects in companies like R-Systems, Novoinvent. Moreover, under ITCRC the CSE students learn and work on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Internet of Things, Data Science in specialized labs. Students are enrolled into the Python Programming Lab and are also taught Google Based Products – development and implementation including but not limited to Google Cloud, Android App Development, SEO etc. The above is all Free of Cost!
