Dr. Nutan Sharma IRS

With over 40 years of experience in administration and management working in the Indian Revenue Service, Smt. Nutan Sharma’s experience is invaluable to RD Engineering College. Having worked as the Principle Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (the highest governing personnel in the Income Tax Department) she brings her vast knowledge and solidifies the management at RDEC. Her academic background of studying at the leading institutes in the world like Harvard Business School, University of Birmingham, Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and impeccable attention to detail, truly forms the backbone which helps the students at RD to reach their highest potential.

With my 35 years of work experience I have realized that Indians have the intelligence, talent and potential to be the most successful people in the world. However, in order to exploit the true potential of our people, their existing talent and intellect need to be groomed and channelized in the right direction. that is why we established RDEC, which will groom future young leaders who will be complete ,value driven human beings and competent professionals with a deep passion for our country.
