A large-scale employment fair was successfully organized at R.D. Engineering College, where 76 companies participated and selected 1,550 candidates for technical and non-technical roles. Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi emphasized that education and employment are complementary, and skill development is essential for youth empowerment. He highlighted that such initiatives strengthen self-reliance and open new pathways for sustainable livelihoods.
